If you want instant fries do this 1. Heat oil in a pot half of the pot fill it with oil 2.if the oil is hot get the fries from the freezer and put it in the hot oil while frozen 3. Wait for 5-6 minutes and done you have a crispy outside and soft inside don't forget to like this comment. And share this to your friends.

A healthier method works for me. Steam the potatoes till halfway soft. Coat with potato or cornflour or tapioca starch, or wholemeal wheat flour. Fry once shallow oil level. Nice crispy, not too oily.
