What a brilliant podium, OK Pete and Michael would likely have been there, but a real boost for the TT, Davy was bound to win at least one this year and brilliant to see Josh Brookes on the podium.

I don’t think Michael has been able to himself in public due to living in the shadow of his own actual Name “Dunlop” but now he has broken the Record for number of wins and is actually the King of the mountain ( in his time). We’ll see he’s actually funny and not as standoffish as he comes across. As a fan he’s always had time for signing autographs and will always chat if not too busy.

@@tracyquayle8977 To be fair, the result is in the title. You can't avoid that. There's been far too many spoilers across all of the TT videos on KZbin. It shows the contempt held for those of us who either couldn't jusitfy the cost of the streaming package, or who work all week making the purchase of the package pointless as we wouldn't have been able to watch most of it anyway. It's disappointing.

Really….you were there last night at 9.30pm then…when he was on stage collecting his and the teams award…certainly wasn’t like that, even after the clutch went in the senior race….

Probably 99% of bikers and certainly non riders have no clue or little understanding of what it is that these pro riders are actually doing while racing and the level of extreme handling/feedback and brute force compliance that they take for granted when at full send at 130 mph + pace. Having pushed my luck on a crosser when younger, I also can only begin to comprehend the size of the cahunas on these fellas. What a performance, every year. ENORMOUS RESPECT TO ALL ROAD RACERS.

@stuarth43 Respects & sympathies to you Stuart. I had to give up my bike two years ago (I'm also in my 70s, a rider for 50+ of those) & jeeez, I miss it.😢 TT riders - ALL of them, not just the podium 3 - are a different class of human being.

Terrific achievement ... But lets not forget that only a few years ago there were not 2 races in every class and 1 and 2 lap races regardless of weather were unheard of. ... Even in the sixties the 50cc class was 3 laps of the mountain course ... the speeds are faster today but the bikes are better to ride ... back in Hailwoods day and even the start of Joey's TT days you only got to ride 3 or 4 races not the 7 and 8 of todays TT ... The classes back then had a bigger CC spread also 50, 125, 250, 350, 500cc and only one race for each ... its a great achievement that Michael has done, but for me Joey and Hailwood will always be the best ... and Mike the Bikes TT comeback win after nearly 10 years away is still the single most amazing performance ever

Hickman not himself this year unfortunately, makes for a poor TT and the organisers arranging two small bike race with the supersport and super twin today and only a 4 lap senior, should of scrapped the super twins and supersport today and had 3 lap superstock then a 6 lap senior. The organisers just helping dunlop get more wins on the small bikes. Worst TT to date
