@catherinewilliams815 Hello Sis,my son and I were happy to be part of the volunteers.The children were happy and we'll keep doing this.Next weekend we make them rice and beans.The organization is a blessing in this community. Stay blessed❤️😊

@ that would be great if it’s not to much trouble to find the English for the plants. Our flag really is beautiful. Africa is beautiful and I’m amazed at the malls, supermarkets etc huge. I am soon going to do videos as well about my pets, country, my beautiful family, not really to make money but just the fun I get from it, I am 70 in about 4 months, so I am just doing it to enjoy myself and memories for when I am not around for my grandkids etc. do more videos as you have really started off great. Keep going!

Hi Yvonne, One day at a time and one step at a time you can do it. Walking is one of the best ways to lose weight. Also drink plenty of water downsize on the amount of food you intake and the sweets try to do mostly fruits. Those are some beautiful views along the way. BLESSINGS 🙏 ❤
