These sounds may be, (voices, noises, tones, pulses, waves, hissing, vibrator) and Doppler effect frequency shifts. They know what you are doing. The severe electronic sounds are at government locations, Law Enforcement, school properties, medical facilities, retail stores, supermarkets, highways, public transportation and work places. The severe electronic sounds are making people sick and ill. Aggravated Electronic Sounds, knowingly and recklessly under circumstances manifesting extreme Indifference to the value of human life… Nothing has ever been done about it, even it has never been reported on, it is a News Media ‘News Game’.
