Thank you for the detailed video, I should be getting mine in two weeks. OKAY, I've been using the chair for two weeks and I love it. But the calf rollers don't reach my calf, or I can't adjust my posture enough for my lower legs to impact the calf rollers. The best I can do is push my calf muscles down (press) them but even then, I don't get the impact I wish I could get. Now, after saying this it is NOT a deal breaker, the chair is wonderful! I wonder if anyone else has noticed this?

le jp1100 puisse soulager mon nerf sciatique..et lombaire...après une première utilisation. C'est du gâteau les coussins gonflables et rouleaux , pas de la rigolade.. c'est du serieux...Il s'adapte mieux pour des personnes en dessous de 1.m 75..moi qui fait 1 80..un peu trop juste longueur des jambes et des bras...vu que les asiatiques sont plus petits que les européens..les accoudoirs ne sont pas réglables..il me manque 3 CMS ..dommage la notice n est pas en français et télécommande non, plus...mais les fonctions tactiles on s y retrouve vite et bien...Les couleurs marron de la photo publicitaire et de celui reçu en marron n a rien a voir.. le marron est plus terne..mieux en noir ou beige crème...sinon il fait son job....

I can certify that these MAJ7 massage chair are cheap chinese pieces of junk, twice the back massage unit has been changed in the first 2 years of ownership with less than 50 massage sessions, at first when the unit has been changed it runs smoothly and progressively with each massage session you start feeling knocking sensation resonating in your body from loose mechanical parts that are wearing prematuraly, its like being massaged with someone hitting with a small hammer in the back, the massage sessions become so adnoying that i get off it more frustrated an angry than before i got on it, im so disappointed that Panasonic has sold its soul for profit by outsourcing to chinese manufacturer, 10000 $ canadian dollars, i feel like ive been scammed !

Just ordered mine. Can't wait for it to arrive.. i just wish osaki would put more the and effort into marketing their products. Their chairs are high quality, attractive, and have a wide range of models with something for everyone and in every price range. Osaki is also well known for chairs that can provide a true deep massage that when paired with 4d and air, its unbeatable. They just need to pay to have more content made so that more people can get a feel for the chair they are looking at. They also need to do better at highlighting the intensity / power level range of their different models so that people can have an easier time comparing models that fit their needs. Some are intense and some are meant to be gentle but it's not always clear which one of their 30 models you need. Their chairs are awesome and their new models are incredible. You wont regret your choice in Osaki. I just wish they would invest more into marketing and showcasing their products in a more hands on way. Not just the same edited orchestra / symphony style ad.

Can you keep the back reclined while keeping the footrest part all the way down?

Great chair! Took a week to dial in the Auto settings to perfect. Then manual settings if you need to nail the lower back and neck areas as much and as deep as you want. 4D is more sophisticated rolling than standard and seems smoother. I put the settings on 2 for Auto programs and 8 for manual lol. Great on feet, just dial it down a bit and it's amazing.
