Once you allow an easement on your property you'll lose your property. Ask all those ranchers in the west that thought it could never happen to them. That's why the man singled it out at the first and oversold it like it was such a good thing to buy.

It looks very nice. But give me a choice between that or a cool tiny house and I'll pick the tiny house in the country any day. Had the chance to live in one for a year. I wish I could have stayed there forever.

Different strokes for different folks! Me personally, this home isn't huge and the bedrooms on the lower level make it great for families and for multi-generational living. Plus, the Plano ISD, Lovejoy ISD and Allen ISD schools in this area are all top ranked. I love this home and would move here myself!

The animals flourish with ranchers and hunters owning these ranches. Make note the owner helps the population of the ranch by drilling wells and spending hundreds of thousands of dollars to make sure the animals are healthy and they don't die of heat or lack of water.

The Texas #borderpatrol is doing a phenomenal job in this area keeping Americans safe. The Federal Government needs to step up and close the border and be clear to the world that we will not allow illegal immigration. The federal government also needs to allow #Texas to do what we need to do to arrest illegal immigrants and send them back where they came from illegally.

Lot's aren't huge, but it's a very popular neighbor with lots of beautiful surrounding walking trails and community pool with other features. Thanks for the question. I have not visited with the new owners about it. We sold the ranch a year and a half ago. I do know there is illegal activity in that sector and border patrol works closely with land and ranch owners. Are you looking for property?

Thank you for the opinion. I can appreciate that. Have you been out on this 4,423 acres of rugged terrain to hunt it? Not as easy as you think. Especially when the property borders over 10,000 acres of Texas Park and Wildlife land and native animals found ways to cross over.
