the demographic is typically empty nesters, older, wealthy clientele who have multiple homes or just want to downsize from a much larger home they raised their kids in and love the location because if it's excellent location in DFFW (Dallas, Frisco, Fort Worth) area off the North Dallas Tollway.

Different strokes for different folks. Everyone needs to do what is best for themselves. In New York city a high rise condo under 2,000 sqft will go for over $3million. Think about that. #truth #realestate

@@brandondavison8493 totally artificial turf and it’s the new kind too so it’s very breathable and it feels great on the feet. The front of the home faces a huge oak tree park so there’s plenty of green space to go walking and enjoy time outside. That will be featured in the full length video tour coming out next week.

It's unlawful to build a new home without solar panels in California. Also, does it have a heat pump which is another CA code requirement? Gas stove also has to have more ventilation requirement than the state of Texas.

Once you allow an easement on your property you'll lose your property. Ask all those ranchers in the west that thought it could never happen to them. That's why the man singled it out at the first and oversold it like it was such a good thing to buy.

Different strokes for different folks! Me personally, this home isn't huge and the bedrooms on the lower level make it great for families and for multi-generational living. Plus, the Plano ISD, Lovejoy ISD and Allen ISD schools in this area are all top ranked. I love this home and would move here myself!

The animals flourish with ranchers and hunters owning these ranches. Make note the owner helps the population of the ranch by drilling wells and spending hundreds of thousands of dollars to make sure the animals are healthy and they don't die of heat or lack of water.

The Texas #borderpatrol is doing a phenomenal job in this area keeping Americans safe. The Federal Government needs to step up and close the border and be clear to the world that we will not allow illegal immigration. The federal government also needs to allow #Texas to do what we need to do to arrest illegal immigrants and send them back where they came from illegally.

Thank you for the comment. This is the product that these buyers want! Lot's aren't huge, but it's a very popular neighbor with lots of beautiful surrounding walking trails and community pool with other features. If you want bigger lots then there are options but they will be more than $1million for a newer home on anything over a quarter acre in this area. #WillSellsIt #AllenTX #buyahome #sellahome
