What specific violations? I am TRUST and Part 107 certified.

@ScuttMC The flight over roads and public areas with people. I am wondering how you were able to see your drone at that height and distance from where it looks like you launched it unless you had a spotter on the hill where it was flying in constant radio contact as the drone must be in line of sight at all times. I fly and could not see my Dji mini 3 or Avita 2 at the distance it looked like you were flying from. I am not trying to be a pest but I have been harassed by people and police for flying mine legally which I am in the right and have been threatened by people as they didn't know the rules. This is why I rarely do any type of flying anymore near anything populated for fear of being harassed by the community. BTW: Congrats on the Part 107. I was looking at taking the test but I am not looking to fly for commercial profit at the moment.

@@Biocas2007 Appreciate the feedback, just wanted to check if I was missing something. I had a spotter on the other side of the of the field keeping an eye on it. I also had alt at 130-175ft which in my experience allows you to still see the drone fairly well but the spotter had binoculars as well. Works better at night but I keep a 10 mile strobe running on any flight. In regard to flying over roads and people, when I fly, I try my best not to fly over anyone or cars. I may have gotten close, but I can assure you I did not fly over any cars or people. One nice thing with the DJI Mini 4 is you can actively monitor the bottom camera while flying/recording. I get what you mean about the harassment, personally anytime I fly now I wear a high vis vest indicating that I am a FAA certified pilot and that usually keeps people from interrupting me, which btw is very illegal if people do. But generally, I am very nice to them and if they ask me to bring it down I normally will. Any big events that I see police at I usually go up to them and check with them first to CMA. But no local authority has permission to dictate the airspace and that is well written into PA laws. Title 53 Sec. 305 // 2018 This section gives PA the overruling authority over drones, it specifically states local authorities cannot regulate it. For the rest, tthe jist is follow FAA guidelines, only fly where they let you, don't take off or land on private land, don't spy on PEOPLE, and no state parks. Obviously, there is more than this but that's the main guys. Honestly even for non-commercial purposes having that part 107 will help you out with some of the harassment lol

@@ScuttMC Thanks, I will look into the Part 107. I have been reviewing the material and have thought about taking the test a couple of times. Now that you say that, I may consider this more since it may stop some of the looks I get when flying. I like the idea of the high vis vest. Never thought of that. If I take the test, I'll have to get one just to let people know that I am certified and am flying legally. Thanks for the info, Look forward to seeing more of your videos.

I've heard her a few times on the radio and what not. Really what it boils down to is who you are signed from. Honestly not sure who her records are through or if she is independent. But it takes a fuck ton of money to blow up like that
