This is one of those things where I will always hear "rolling dice fall", it even makes more sense in english and fits thematically, referring to people gambling. But I will take people's word for it that it's "rolling eyes fall" after so many years. "Showdown, it falls down" on the other hand is something I can clearly hear

originally it was actually supposed to be a remix of both, but it ended up taking too long - if I have the time to make another sonic remix I'll definitely return to that idea!

I like the slightly more somber take on the intro but I think the remix feels like it’s building up to something that never happens- it’s missing a good funk (it could use rougher percussion and perhaps a more varied set of instruments and samples) and feels a bit empty, especially for a sonic CD styled remix

Thanks for the genuine critique! I spent a lot of time on the mixing and I agree in hindsight that it's not really that good, it was really loud before and I overcorrected. I'll definitely think more about getting better at picking drums too, I used the same ones in every remix and only added the (barely audible) amen break here
