The issue that we have is that it's not fully going in at about the last half an inch. It's almost fully in but the there is about a half inch that is not going in and we can't close the lid.

It must also be stated that you need to be on the same wifi network as the printer

So the way I'm understanding this Secure print is always enabled in the printer. So the way I'm understanding as long as I do not select secure print when sending the job it will print it out?

Will not work without configuring a "From" address which can be done in a completely separate menu in machine general settings.
