Dr. Andreas Schweizer. How cool that there are researchers specifically targeting climbing! Are there any other prominent names in climbing research?

Imagine how annoying it must be to constantly get your bag of chalk wet and have to put fresh in for each run

Was the gear at the end set up in advance for a safer descent, or did you jump down, or did you top out?

This is possibly the worst climbing video. Camera swinging all over the place with bad editing and shitty music, impossible to appreciate what he climbed.

Regarding Alex's Ring Exercises, I made a video learning/explaining some of them on my channel. It's called "How I learned Alex Megos's Ring Routine from Rotpunkt: Bibliographie" under the tutorials playlist! Hope it helps people on their training (I personally found it to strengthen shoulders/elbows/wrists)!
