Did I imagine an AP with the metal bracelet that was multi colored? Like golds, coppers and brass next to each other. Like every link was a different tone. One tone was almost purple. Then a yellowish. I swear I've seen it on the internet somewhere but can't find it now

Well… do your research better and be aware of the facts… this exact watch in a video was sold for that amount and I personally know the owner of it. I was there. That exact piece was auctioned for the charity. Remember ? Every other piece has a much lower value as you said between 1.8-2.2 million. Don’t call something a scam. Better try to correct. 🫶
