I recall my late Dad and his pals meeting up with Joe in Durban South Africa...they spoke so fondly of Joe and said he was a cracking fella great sense of humour and a tremendous voice on top of all that. ❤

I had the pleasure of working with Joe and Adrian his bass player. I printed all his merchandise and was responsible for printing all his scarves and t-shirts etc. Both total gentlemen and very talented. Good on you lads!

This was post retired Ali after the Frazier lost he went on a tear 10 strait wins from July 71~Feb73 that’s an absurd 19 month stretch that’s 1 fight every 2 months insane.. 29-30yr old Ali here.. He Lost to Norton March 73 then went on another 14 fight win streak during a 48 month stretch from Sept 73 to Sept 77 defeating Forman, Fraizer 2wice, Norton 2wice, Lyle, Shavers, Wepner and a host of other all time greats from the Golden Era.. That’s 24-1 during a 6 year stretch all post Ali v Frazier 1.. He was technically out of his physical prime..Ali had 2 different Hall of Fame careers during The 60s and 70s yet still missed his best years from 25-28 He’s the Universal Boxing Goat for a reason..
