I was born disabled and have suffered my whole life with multiple disabilities, chronic health issues including autoimmune and cancer. Whenever someone stops being my friend, I always say the trash took itself out. I don’t need those people in my life. ❤

I have been using the mess out of this video!!! I wish I could follow along on my guitar I find it easier for me to hear the resonance when I have a physical instrument with me. I do get it a bit with the video. You've given me confidence to learn. I was told a long time ago I'd never be able to match pitch or sing... That drug me down for a very very long time

Thank you so much for this video! I’m struggling because I was diagnosed with crohn disease while I was making exchange program in the USA and I had to interrupt my dreams and come back to Brasil and now I’m with my ileostomy bag 2 months now. Sad but grateful in the same time. It’s just a reminder that the ostomy bag is not a setback, it's a second chance.❤

Please add “Hedonic Treadmill” in your title, so that more people can find this video. Because this is something very important and I always discuss it with people, but hardly anyone knows about it. People need to understand how baseline happiness keeps reaching new highs/lows and that becomes our new normal. It is an infinite ladder. So no point in chasing

Love to sing from boyish. Rarely has problem with voice until this year as I turn 62. So I need to find some lesson of voice warming to be able to keep singing. And I found this vdo. It is amazing feeling good from the first trial. Thank you from Thailand.

Please! People! Be careful. I have had my ileostomy for 38 years. I was living my life dream until 2.5 years ago. Your abdominal lining will be compromised over time. I am 58 and I haven’t been able to do anything fun in life that I enjoyed. I can walk only. No golf, no tennis, nothing… I am so happy for you, honey. You can live! Just be careful!💝

Thank you, I've had active Crohns for 46 years and finally had the surgery 7 years ago, I'm so much healthier, enjoying traveling and life in general, met a wonderful man (wasn't looking) BUT I'm not comfortable with my body and I can't see this changing, he's my age has medical issues himself , he has fully accepted that I have a bag, he's researched knows everything but I don't live myself at all, I hate the bag and I feel ugly even though he's cool, so I agree that I have to live myself before living anyone else but I hate my body I can't get over this horrible bag so I will probably end the relationship

Novice question.. will warm ups like this help expand your range over time?
@Rich-je9fyАй бұрын
Not really, this warm don’t really have much range. But they will warm up you up well to do range extending exercises
@curtpriestley2107Ай бұрын
How do you expand your range without straining to make reaching those higher notes less difficul tover time? I always hear "never strain"
@josiahstone2887Ай бұрын
The puffy cheeks one will probably will the most effect on your range, smoothing over those regions where you're likely to crack.

I hope this man knows that I have been using this video religiously prior to every show (about two hours prior) absolute gamechanger. It’s my go to male vocal warmup. Thank you so much. I’ve been performing for around ten years and ensuring I’m properly warmed up is one of the most important parts of my rehearsal
@jeffrey.a.hanson10 күн бұрын
I just got into learning the actual skill of singing to record first ep with my voice on it. I’ve always been lead guitarist with some background duties and it’s incredible how much a difference even a ten minute warmup can make. On guitar, I can usually just put a few mid tempo songs up front in a setlist to get the hands moving, but voice is more akin to pregame batting practice.

A male friend recommended your version of this for men so I did that a couple times before finding this one for women. It's cute to see the differences, you're møre encouraging and kind. A little distracting as it's causing a crush, hehe.

I'm amazed at the tone of stamina of my voice when I do this compared to when I don't. That's true of any warm up, but this seems to be the one that gets me right where I want to be.
