Hi, I have a question pls. can the v-com be used the regular resmed mini tubing / mask?

I started with a nose pillow and liked it but had issues with backflow through my mouth if I wore my bite plate. So I now use a Resmed F20 Airtouch.

Do you have specific masks you recommend that work well with HME? I've only found one mask that has an elbow that connects directly to the tubing.

So, more than halfway thru this video, NOW you say my Chromebook needs an SD card slot. I don't have one. Maybe you should have led with that. I'll look for an adapter, but why do you believe all new computers have an sd slot.

Make one made in Australia with the bigger motor and doesn’t overheat.. want my $$$$$ back.. I need a 10 .. made in Australia.. mine is still working after 7 years. I’ve been trying this unit for 6 months and I want a refund.. give me one made in Australia not China with a smaller motor.. it should like someone is breathing in my ear.. the water reservoir isn’t closed entirely so you can hear yourself breathing.. it’s horrible.

I hate mine.. it’s loud and it heats up.. smaller motor.. sounds like someone is sleeping beside you.. horrible water reservoir.. it is hard to fill flips over.. made in China.. it’s been sent back 3 times.. I love my 10 made in Australia. Since they are made in China it’s a piece of 😏

This machine appears to have only 1 setting. Then you hold both buttons for settings to change. Thanks to AI and your video. Remember is the EPR setting that makes it easier to breathe out. Levels 1-3 where 3 is the easiest to breathe out

Why does the time start over when the AirCurve is briefly turned off to anwer a bathroom call? This seems to be a problem with time averaging.

I imported the bleep because of all the good reviews. Mounting wise it is amazing and there is no airleak indeed! Althoud I personally would have added a thin silicone layer between the magnets and the iron ring, just to be sure. The only issue I have that needs to be resolved is the crazy noise during inhalation from the small holes. Although I quickly added some fabric and tape, I still need to debug what the exact source is and how to get it quiet like my f20 airtouch. I think its the filter/suppressor fabric and little underpants part not working perfectly.

I don't mind doing a little mixing, I use Control III concentrate disinfectant germicide, you get a whole bottle (16oz) concentrate for like 20 bucks and it's one tablespoon per gallon of water. Works fantastic.

Two years in with Airsense 11. Discovered immediately upon use of machine that if you fill water tank to or around fill mark then close lid without lifting tank first you won’t experience leakage UNLESS to shake it with a little energy while handling it.

If only people would read. Most if not all this info plus more is available in the manual that accompanies the machine upon receipt. People don’t like to read or ask for directions but will challenge, use fighting words or come up with the weirdest ideology for every bit of information floating out here.

Do you have a video about the B/V filters and the difference and where to buy the Bacteriail filters , how much difference it makes, air pressure setting for each and will be great if you talk about the external filters that can can be connected through the tube it itself I will really appreciate it ⬅️⬅️⬅️

I have been using the Air Fit 20 for over 4 years and don't like the marks that the F20 leaves in the morning. Switched to the F40 about 6 months ago and have constant leak problems. It's as though the silicon mask is almost "too flexible" to seal properly. Tightening the mask straps only makes it very uncomfortable.. I am thinking of trying the F30 for stability.

Water chamber is way to small. I find myself having to refill every 4 hrs. Very annoying as i wake up due to a dry nose,throat. Design flaw. Previous resmed model held more water and lasted the whole night

do the travel CPAPS take much less current than the plug in the wall ones? And out of the travel ones which have the least energy draw - they should therefore last the longest for all other parameters being standardized no?

I have the AS11 and, on the whole, it's a very good machine. There are a couple of things that could be improved. I find that the humidifier is not very effective. Auto is a waste of time and on moderate settings like humidity at 5 and hose temperature at 84 or 86 degrees, it still results in too much dryness. With humidity at 6 and those hose temperatures it's subject to rainout in the hose and mask. The other issue is Resmed's very aggressive pressure control when the AS11 is set to APAP. Pressure increases tend to jump up rapidly rather than a smooth rise which can sometimes lead to arousal.Maybe if an AS12 is introduced, these issues can be addressed.

I hate this machine, I don’t want to use it. The doctor tried to reset the pressure to 6-14, I went home and set it back to 5-20. I don’t want to use this but I’m being forced to use it at least 4 hours a night and that’s all I use it for. In the middle of the night, I take it off and unplug it. I don’t want anyone to mess with it, not even the doctor. Thanks for the info, I didn’t know there was an airplane mode, let’s see if they get any info from this thing.

So you said the model 10 can’t connect wirelessly so you can’t use the app, but the owners manual says you can use the app and that you are supposed to have a wireless signal symbol that enables you to connect. It doesn’t tell you how to do it though. Is it possible to get a wireless connection with the 10 model?

I am so sad with my airmini travel cpap machine. I use only use it when I travel and it is constantly dripping water interrupting my sleep. I have tried all the troubleshooting. When I travel, I am out for at least a month and I am not getting any sleep. What can I do?

Can this be used with the V Com Device ?

I usually put the water to the line in my CPAP but then the next morning it looks like the water stayed in then same spot. The app says I am usinh the mask correct, I’m just so confused
