Hi again I went through a tough time but just - I can’t explain how much better this makes me feel. I can feel rejected, worthless, and lost completely in myself but when I lie down and carefully listen to this music for a while it’s like nothing happened at all. I feel like myself again and although I still have the events and emotions clearly in my head, it helps ease the pain and sadness inside of me.
