imho the true genius of this audio experience is what you’ve chosen to leave out, eg. the lack of agonized screams, large explosions, and shouting helps it remain almost meditative

meh. nothing we havent seen that was done better 30 years ago. this technology is actually a stop backward quality wise.

You are not wrong. Difference is 30 years ago this shot would have taken a small team, huge amount of render resources, and a healthy budget. I rendered on a single machine via blender and generated the env. That's whats different. Time & Costs, not quality, runs hollywood.
