No problem at all! I used less than 3 balls of Concept by Katia Reiki yarn which is a bulky weight yarn 🙂. The specific weight/yardage is the following: 300 meters/325 yards (136 grams). Happy knitting!💕

This scarf is worked flat because I used double stockinette stitch, but you can find similar looking patterns that are worked in the round.🙂

Hello! My dog is 5.5kg, and I used 95 grams / 190 meters for the size small. Hello! In this case, I'd recommend checking out your yarn's label. Usually the yarn label will list a recommended needle size that will work well with the yarn. Also since scarf dimensions don't have to be too specific, you could also use the yarn label as a jumping off point for figuring out how many stitches you want to cast on. The label will typically tell you how many stitches to cast on in regular stockinette stitch per 10cm/4in. Hope this helps 🙂
