I recently came across your videos, liked what I see, so I subscribed. I watched your older videos, up through your most recent. Your videos are fabulous, you do not post very often, but you should!! Please post more, and you should keep the white bottom on the floor under the rugs, so we can always see the dirt that you remove. I also really love the scrapers that your guys use, I've watched MANY rug cleaning videos and have never seen the brand that you all use, awesome scrapers! Best of luck, I am looking forward to your next videos!

It would be fascinating to see side by side pictures of before and after. I love the work you guys do. I just got two used rugs and need to clean them. I’m on the east coast of I’d bring them to you.

Какую химию вы используете? Очень интересно! Как она влияет на натуральные красители шерсти, которые применяли 150 лет назад? Что-то кондиционер для сухой шерсти? Какой состав?

"perfect condition for its age" 😂 meaning it's not as good as a new rug . the fine wine analogy doesn't quite work . age to a fine wine is not an issue as its flavor is maintained if properly sealed . a 150 old rug is worn down and although it looks good it's of lesser quality than a new rug if identically woven with the same material and technique and skill .

That is not accurate, a 150 year old rug doesn’t need to be worn out, it could have a full pile. Also, rugs produced today are usually dyed using chemical dyes as it is no longer economically feasible to use natural dyes in most cases today. While most antique rugs are naturally dyed using plant and insect materials. Naturally dyed colours have more depth and are not monochromatic thus they look more beautiful. They also are resistant to fade when exposed to sunlight and resistant to colour run when wet. Ages like fine wine is an appropriate comparison as the naturally dyed colours age over time resulting in a very visually pleasing effect that is even falsely mimicked in new carpets. You will also find that the way rugs are produced evolves and some categories of rugs are even extinct so this creates collectibility and uniqueness. There are many antique rugs that have held up very solidly with very little wear. So why would it be of lesser value or quality compared to rugs produced today which are often times much more commercial and often times not produced to the same standards as antique rugs?

The rug's name is Serab. Serapi is what a Mexican wears over his shoulders.

If there is other cleaning processes that you do on the rugs. I recommend that you don’t make an entire video on this. It’s best to edit all of it together in a satisfying way

Rugs are so dirty and disgusting. I really don’t understand the appeal. I mean I get having a bathmat so you don’t slip in die 0:53 when you get out of the shower. But in the era of Central Heating, I’m not understanding why people still have carpet in their homes. It is so dirty.
