You can create a custom flow for approval of the document. If the document is uploaded through fileupload field, then definitely, It has to exist in the application container inside a document folder

@@RakeshNsp honestly speaking, with low code technologies like appian mendix etc, you can get the job easily. Whereas in native technology, you need to be experienced and specialized in your domain then only you will be hired.

It is not necessary to have any sort of programming knowledge as a pre requisite in order to learn appian. But it is preffered to have basic java object knowledge and OOPs knowledge as the principles of object orientation are used as a building blocks for learning appian.
