RPA is a general technology, and there are various companies offering their platforms to create and manage RPA processes. Appian has its own RPA platform. Where Blueprism and many more companies offer their own platforms to create RPA processes. All the companies are different, but the offering by them is robotic process management. You can learn Blueprism, then you can easily learn any other RPA platform.

It is not necessary to have any sort of programming knowledge as a pre requisite in order to learn appian. But it is preffered to have basic java object knowledge and OOPs knowledge as the principles of object orientation are used as a building blocks for learning appian. Yes Ravi, surely you can get a job if you learn appian properly with a guided mentorship. If you see appian online it seems very easy, but when you learn in depth practical appian, it is not that easy. That is the reason you need proper mentorship and guidance.

This is a common scenario and you can easily shift to appian. Most of the testing and operations and other non technical guys are learning and moving towards appian.

There is a scarcity of good appian developers in the market. If you develop niche skills in appian, then you can make better salary negotiation from the HR, because they badly need you, and you need a good job and a good salary.
