Hello you are using koi frequency 2.4ghz or 41 MHz radio remote control for your submarine

Nice work. I have been building the same Benworks 3D print too. Excellent model. It is nice to see some good lake footage of it running. I'm hoping to have mine finished by spring, the project stalled about a year ago.

do you have one prop counter rotating? I"m building the same boat and getting close to getting motors and running gear. Normally, you'd have one cw and the other ccw, but with three, I'm not sure which is the best to counter!? How did you handle it on your boat? Great job, btw! looks awesome!! thanks!

I would be interested in getting your design for the lettering. I am almost through building mine. Excellent model by the way.

Congratulations on a fantastic accomplishment! I scratch built one in balsa and it was a lot of fun. Your model is a superb rendering of original. Well done!

Your 109 looks, floats, and sounds wonderful. Congratulations! What a feat to build this legendary boat from scratch with the most advanced technology. Your success inspires me to finally launch my 50 year old 1:20 model of 109. It´s made of wood. It´s a German kit of the company KRICK that was nicely assembled by an unknown modeller.

How can I message you? I think that's the same one my dad has that I want to finish for him. He's had it ever since I was a kid. And thanks for the compliment, this one took me a couple years to finish. It was hard to stay motivated at some points!

Are they all ARF's now?? Some people still have to build. Maybe 80% arf's to 20% built? Curious.

The letters "PT" are never on the Hull of a PT Boat! There was lines coiled on the deck both forward and aft as well as lines on the mast for signaling and fliying the American Flag! 109 had a 80mm tank gun up forward!

We only have one Submarine , Kev keeps it close to the side of the lake as it is odds on going to be hit , it can be risky with a boat some days😄 Happy Sailing

Looks great. Would it be possible to weigh the boat fully loaded with battery? This boat has its center of gravity at about 64% of waterline. Figure it will be near the fuel filter cap. I am guessing it is 12.5 lbs? Power would be 110 watts at a full speed of almost 9 mph. Good luck.

I'm cracking up how many people have commented that. I just haven't finished printing a lot of the smaller details. I dropped the boat inside my truck one day coming back from a meetup and a bunch of smaller parts fell off that need to be reprinted as well.

Does it come equipped with an arrogant skipper who ignores standing orders, thus instantly killing two under his command and imperiling the rest, only to be lionized in a massive daddy-sponsored fictional re-invention of the incident ?

In motion, it seems that the front part needs to be weighted. When slowing down, everything is fine. And so the boat behaves very stable and maneuverable. Great job!
