good example. that's pretty big house.for that price. good lesson on contractors. its hard not paying them in full when you want things done soon. I would try to hold back at least a few amount until.completion. we frequent river moon also. probably has one of the best plants and atmosphere for a decent price. only draw is that it takes pretty long to get there from our area.

Sorry you are having problems with the builder.....probably better to pay in 3 waves next time with the final payment upon completion. The guy has no reason to make it a priority now as there is nothing for him to lose. Maybe you need to hire someone else and take the loss or offer him a bonus to make it his top priority. This happens in the US as well when you pay 100%. Its a very nice house...hope it all works out.

Absolutely wonderful video Neenee, always going to interesting places of incredible scenery. It never ceases to amaze me how Mina has developed so quickly and with confidence. Most kids are bored with long distance car travelling and get restless, however with Mina she embraces it. I can only speak for myself though I believe others viewing this and Todd's channel feel the same way that the Mina has added a dynamic of happiness and joy in every video thanks to you and Todd's angelic adoption. 👍🏻♥️

Laos Income and earnings is VERY LOW! Government workers like teachers and police officers earn $100-$150 a month! And sometimes they do not get paid on-time! How can they support themselves or families? Not very many companies making products. Vast majority of people have mama/papa shops sell foods and dried goods or housing supplies. Meanwhile cost of living is high! Laos Mainly rely of foreign income, whether tourists or there for work, to rent and buy homes at high prices. The normal everyday Lao citizen CANNOT afford!

This video is proof that the kids that Neenee and Todd give cookies to don't get too much sugar. The packages were not opened. I don't think that they know what they have in their hands.

I like growing betels also. its hard to grow those in colder climates. eating them daily from my garden now. I regularly propagate the stems when ready.
