IF YOU GET TO LIGHTHOUSE MAKE SURE TO TAKE THE TRANSIT TO SHORELINE EXIT , NOT THE PASSAGE TO SHORELINE EXTRACT . THEY ARE VERY CLOSE TOGETHER AND BOTH EXTRACTS ARE IN ROCKY TERRAIN . I JUST LOST 2 HOURS OF MY TIME TO THAT STUPID SHIT . GAME DEVS ARE TRASH.

To access the Labs you need an access card which costs around 165K to 200K. Every time you die or extract you will need to buy a new card.

Taking into account the price of the card + decent equipment to survive, we are talking about investments of 1.5 to 2M per player who enters the raid. He killed 2 players and took the loot from 2 or 3 others, so it was easy to leave with 3M in profit. but this is not very easy, you need luck and know the map well.
