Its very cool to get views of what I normally see from ground level.. Try taking the tiny public foot path which runs along the river from the harbour, I'd love to see the views up there and after a kilometre it comes beside the fields of the horses at the animal sanctuary.

Hey Lee, Well done with this vid. I was thinking of doing something similar but you've made such a good video here so no point. I fly DJI Phantom 3 standard, a spark, a mavic pro as well as a couple of hubsan 501s. They're good sport drones but the mavic and phantom are definitely my go to when it concerns photography. In any case, I look forward to seeing more of your videos. Maybe who bump into each other at Martins farm. Stay safe....

Odd that, i phoned that Marina in 2018 and asked if i could go there to take some Still shots and got a resounding "NO, absolutely not, you cant come here photographing other people's boats" but at least they thanked me for asking and then hung up.

Nice, what model drone is it. I use the DJI spark but thinking of upgrading to the Mavic Air at some point. Has too be compact as use it while wild camping & backpacking. The Spark is decent but doesn't have gimbal stabilisation on the yaw axis.

Hi Andy, I'm using the Air and think it's an amazing piece of kit. When I bought the Air it was a close call between it and the spark but with more camera settings and 4k filming made the decision for me. Couldn't recommend it enough. Thanks for watching and commenting. Do you have a channel?

@@LeeEveritt Yep, just click my name and it will take you too it. Use 4K with the gopro occasionally but have to admit last few have been 1080 so not bothered about 4k but the yaw stabilisation is a plus with longer flight time. Apparently 95% of youtube views are with tablets or phones so 4k isn't worth the processing time for me anymore.

I used to go to the pier during the 80's when there was a roller coaster on it! We had a caravan at Seawick Holiday Lido. Great childhood memories :-)

@@LeeEveritt yes we are very lucky here. Unfortunately we are tied to a lot of restrictions so have to be careful. I fly a Mavic Air. It's ok for my stuff :-)

You are doing great Lee, keep it up bud, only been droning myself since Feb this year and started with a spark.. every flight is a learning curve. My only tip is keep it fluid and count your seconds when you are taking your shots.. Will make editing through the transitions look even more awesome!.. enjoy!
