I love Fr. Bunta’s view on how incredible it was that the sinners wanted to eat with Jesus. Much more impressive than Jesus wanting to eat with them. It highlights perfectly for me and rocked me to the core with just how gentle and graceful Jesus must have been. How just being in His presence He must have had this incredible aura around Him that was supernaturally intoxicating to those who were open to hearing the Message? It showcases to me just how far off key from the tune of Jesus this hateful, angry, and shaming rhetoric many Christians are directing outwardly toward others really is. God, does not need us to defend Him. As a matter of fact, we are directed to leave that for Him. Our job, is to love Him, and others. Period. We are to trust that He, and His will, is better than ours. I believe that His will, if I don’t get in the way and slow things down with some prideful and holier than thou misguided rhetoric, brings others to a place of genuine openness to Him. That’s where we come in, to testify once called upon, not yelling at others on social media with a picket sign damning others to hell. Please, #BeKind

I use Abba when I pray and the prayer circles I use to hold at our local hospital when I worked there I introduced my coworkers to Abba. One of them gave me a very special cross necklace she bought on vacation with a paper of Bible verses and the name of the cross was Abba’s heart. She said she felt God told her to give it to me. I love it Because He Lives

This is a Christian church? I'm hearing a lot of wishy washy warm and fuzzy pseudo bible concepts. Do you guys speak out against killing unborn children. The church of Jesus Christ kinda had a reputation for rescuing discarded babies. That guy says he is Director of Nursing at OSU where they are long time leaders in transing children according to the bogus WPATH standards just exposed as harmful and not based on. ANY evidence.

Now is not the time to be Mary... now is the time to be Martha. There is a time and season for everything, says the Lord. Plant a garden, get a little extra food. Prepare for what is coming.
