What is the fist step for? Like why drop paper towels in the bowl before seasoning? Its for patting the wings dry right? You arent washing the wings with water right?

Hi there! After washing the wings with water, I dry them using the paper towel in the bowl to take out the water in it before adding seasoning. It's safer to wash the wings first before grilling or cooking.
