Using a deep conditioner with heat is key. I notice a difference in one week. My hair is longer. I didn't realize my growth was extremely fast. Siting with a plastic cap alone isn't enough. When I was at the salon in 2015 they deep-conditioned my hair with heat it was the best my hair ever looked. It helps you retain length. I say do it once a month or twice.

Good morning, thank you so much for this testimony. This have thought me so much and inspired me so much to Starr doing fasting and prayer. I have been Baptise for a year now and really need to start so I can be connected to God more. I think your a great teacher and should start a Lil ministry, some kind of zoom meeting or something. Where do you find those rules when your fasting? I need them. And I need those scriptures also.

Awww thank you so much! God wants each of his children to share his gospel it’s written in the Bible more than once Romans 1:16. I believe that you can do your prayer and fasting journey! To the African black soap? No I didn’t, I felt like my hair did not need it. But I added the herbal oil to my deep conditioner to add back moisture and to deep treat my hair.

Yes! This has been happening to me for the past 6 months. I think they've put a chemical in the synthetic hair. I just installed new dreads and let me tell you. It's now even worse. So much so that it started to break out my face. Basically my scalp and face now look the same.
