edit: turns out that damage through shields is busted and doesn't report numbers on screen correctly but the damage and mitigation is fine

ok, i finally realized what svchost is.. its a windows update program, turn off windows updating and it dissapears and stops using all your CPU !! theres also a virus that makes itself look like svchost and steals your CPU too but thats another story..
