Lol, I wondered the exact same as you, but then I noticed the kelp. It's way different to ours. Their other video, you can see the registration on the Isuzu towing the boat. Definitely not SA. My best guess is New Zealand. They're lucky they can dive for Perly still.... Unlike Us

even if its in south africa why cant locals forage for them too? why is it okay for these big companies and chinese vessels to come rape our waters when we have people suffering in the cape flats? why are the khoisan not given their fishing permits back??? Bcos BEE?? absolute bollocks mate
