If I have a Econoline passenger van do I need to remove the interior plastic panels to install this kit? I wonder if I can have the flexibility to return the seats?

No you can leave all the interior trim in, we've made a 'Passenger' version of the kit, and a 'Cargo' version which means that all the trim can remain. Send us an email at [email protected] and we can take a quick look at your interior to check.

Wow super easy. I’d be worried about squeaking and rattles with the wood right up against the metal and not being fastened. Maybe some rubber or foam between the spots they touch?

Nothing squeaks! You can see some of our customer reviews. The kit doesn't rub against ANY of the internal frame, its all locked to itself, as we leave space for insulation and panelling so we don't need to add any rubber or anything for rubbing concern...:)

If it is sold as a ready-made kit, and anyone can assemble it alone, here in Japan you will sell a lot. If you have one for the Daihatsu Minivam car model, let me know. 🤙🏻

Nothing is bolted down? In a collision your van becomes a death trap.

Everything is bolted into the floor. The floor itself can be bolted into the van chassis IF you wish. If the accident is big enough to rip the floor up with all that weight then the least of your worries is what’s coming from behind you.

Your products look beautifully made. It would be great to see customers actually camping / living in your builds. I think that's what's missing in your marketing.

Good point! VanLab are working on exactly that as we speak… it’s always hard to get customers to feature in things but it’s definitely needed as we have lots of happy customers!
