That sounds worse then a bladed planer specialy sanding tough gelcoat. Its sounds like an angry bee🐝 and the motor is slowing down rapidly on the gelcoat witch will eventualy damage the belt and burn the brushes of the motor. It should have a continuouse electronic speed controle to keep the motor running at full speed on harder wood or whatever its job it is doing at that time. Its beter to use it on smaller jobs and slow the rate of soeed of you pushing the planer so it wont damage the motor. Its not a hand plane so no need for fast passes because using to mutch presure will not let the motor stay at a good speed. Use a gelcoat peeler instead. Its more heavy duty and dousnt slow down like a DIY power planer

our factory just got the same edge bander,there is a E R O coming on the oil pump counter and making i high pitch whistle sound> could this be due to not enough oil in the reservour as it is under a quater full,and if so what type of oil should i use,,,,slideway oil ?

I's not a possible issue, they all do it. I have one with One Way wheel balancing system and the grinder still makes this noise. It is strange, but as soon as the power is cut or speed is reduced, it becomes perfectly quiet and smooth. But when it begins to maintain or increase speed, it starts making that unsettling noise again, Any ideas on a fix would be welcome.

Do you adjust all 4 grub screws to be just touching the top of their hole, screwing them into holes? After loosing the bolts between the grub screws, which grub screws do you turn to fix gap between blade and square?

This machine is terrible-- kind of a Rube Goldstein contraption. Its complexity should allow it to be used for all kinds of situations and yet all it does is create reasons why it wont work in most situations-- at least not without significant custom procedures. Most of the locks I install have trim plates longer than the 17cm max that the machine can do, and really it cant go beyond 16cm or the bolt on the depth adjustment hits the slide rail. If you are lucky enough to have a large number of locks that happen to fall within the abilities of this machine, then you will find it convenient, but for one offs, the amount of time wasted to setup the unit only to discover its limitations is just a waste. Limited customer support and a manual full of errors, and the dust collection is not as effective as the video portrays. What are you going to do the mortise the strike plate? Save your money for a router and some sharp chisels.

Hello, when i connect steering panel to the mainboard and connect 24VDC without Motors or enything else can i check the menu and other functions on the display? I bought panel and mainboard and when i connect to 24VDC only reset switch is working, i cant enter to the menu. Is this correct? Cheers.
