Costly Limited spaces Airport Terminal is an expensive joke Pompous staff with egotistical sense of self-importance Disgeaceful, overpriced catering ..and they still have the cheek to demand a £10 per head "Airport Development Fee" when you fly out (....er WHAT development). You are treated like an underling - staff think they are doing you a favour as though "I work at Norwich Airport, look at me, I have made it". I live about 40 miles from this place....and I will NEVER fly out of there again. Stansted everytime - it may be overcrowded but at least it IS an Airport

Why did someone dislike this

I must update my earlier comment. The bus was working fine for our latest flight in December. We arrived after midnight in fog but it was still functioning well. The very helpful driver took us right to our car in Park 3 and even helped with our luggage. A huge improvement and we have booked again for March. Thank you!

Why do the prices on the website say £5 per day long stay but when you click for a quote with your departure and arrival times it works out much more than that as prices must be calculated per 24 hours - very misleading

What you don't mention is that the last RETURN shuttle bus is at 1900. If your flight is later you have one bus provided by the airport and this has limited space and prioritises those furthest away. The rest of us had to walk, my husband with recently replaced knees had a painful one. The service provided is not adequate!
