I'm a Mainer, but going to Portland this weekend for a vacation close to home! I'll have to stop in and check them out!! You should try N to Tail in Portland, they're a hawaiian korean fusion - delicious!

I worked, several summers as a teen in the 1960's, at Doc & Florence Waldron's Goose Cove Lodge. Once a week they had a lobster bake on that beautiful beach ~ I helped teach many visitors how to pick out their lobster!

If you ever feel the need to upgrade, the "pro" model of Instant Pot fixes so, so many of the original's shortcomings -- it autoseals, it has a place to put the lid when it's open, you can use the inner pot on the stove, the pot no longer spins freely when it's reinserted, and a few other things

I was going to ask for measurements but I was able to gather from the video what I’d need and use. And 100% agree - pasta is just a conduit for the sauce we’ve worked so hard to make. When I make a simple red sauce and meatballs (and I do use veal in my mix; I think it lends sweetness and a smoother texture but that could be psychosomatic), the sauce serves to flavor the meatballs, and vice-versa. Cooked from raw in the sauce. The pasta has nothing to do with anything. Love your videos!

We had one in a 7-11 in the center of Gorham around 1997. This may be what he's referring to. Even for high school kids it was pretty gross.

Great that I’ve found your YT channel! All your meals look very tasty, and great thumbnails for each of the recipes. I like the way you are presenting and explaining how to make these meals, i can see you have a lot of experience with cooking but I also like the energie, fun and personal way you talk to the viewers! Great camera work also! I hope your channel soon will have way more subscribers because it should! 👍
