There are plenty of delicious food in Chinese coffee shops and restaurants. DON'T eat or order at Malay stalls, food truck, malay shops. The Muslims copy Chinese cuisine. 1) pork knuckle 2) bak kut teh 3) wanton mee 4) assam laksa 5) char kway teow 6) chee cheong fun 7) dim sum 8) pork pau 9) curry laksa with pork skin 10) pongte

Those people seen socializing during your bicycle tour were mostly Foreign workforce spending their weekend rest days . There were more than 1.5 million in the workforce from housemaid to professionals.

Yet both names start with 'Bo' ;-) Yes we live in Bonaire - Caribbean Netherlands and we are originally Dutch. Travel and experiencing the World an other cultures is our big passion, and we really loved Borneo! 😁

Welcome to KK, Sabah. That bah kut teh restaurant you guys went to is very local. I ate there a few times but never see any tourist eat there. Glad you guys like the food there, they do serve yummy food.

13:30 Those aren't macaques but silver leaf monkeys. They're herbivores actually... Interestingly their babies are orange!
