Steelix should have gotten huge power. In general Steelix should have been better imo. It's a gigantic snake made out of steel, it should be taking down ubers like they're toothpicks. Lower that special stat to 10, speed to 20, and raise base stats to 580. That gives you 125 points to work with, put 50 in hp, 35 in special defense, and 40 in physical attack. Then give it an ability that doubles its attack and now we are talking.
