@@rh3309 I used medium high-heat at first, and it took about 5-8 minutes, but you should be checking every few minutes to avoid burnt. Then I added water, and turned the heat to medium-low after covering with the lid. Hope this helps. 😊

@@sixsixpntsix thank you for your comment ❤️ i don't boil the fresh chow fun before pan frying it, you should be able to just fry it with oil. The sauce you use should be able to cook the noodles. 🫶🏻 Hope this helps.

@@TheDenizification Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts! You're absolutely right-most gelato is milk-based and doesn't include any egg custard. I decided to use eggs here as a natural emulsifier because I love how smooth and creamy the texture becomes with egg custard. I also named this recipe after using the 'gelato function' on the Smart Scoop, which is how I make homemade gelato at home. Thanks again for your feedback-I really appreciate it. 😊
