I'm not sure why, but I enjoy watching cozy channels as yours so much. Especially with a few hundred views because It makes me feel at ease, like I'm in my own cozy space🥹. And by the way, thank you; the meal looks amazing🤍 and it's made me much more in love with Japanese food. 体調に気をつけて、これからもたくさん動画を作ってくださいね^^。

Hi, I love your cooking video. I’m living in UK, may I know what is the white soup stock for making the omelette? Thanks.
@ot7stan20724 күн бұрын
that was probably just a version of soy sauce made for seasoning it. its probably some mix of mirin and soy and dashi
@Japanesepuni23 күн бұрын
It is made by adding light soy sauce, white soy sauce, sugar, mirin, etc. to a stock made from bonito flakes, kelp, etc. Thank you for watching😊

Is that store bought (processed) miso or fresh?
@Japanesepuni23 күн бұрын
This is a processed miso that you can buy at the store.
@tilasole325223 күн бұрын
@@Japanesepuni so store bought processed miso lacks some of the good qualities fresh would have. Like eating sauerkraut made from white vinegar or sauerkraut made from naturally fermentation

The pot handle does not come off with heavy weight? How does it stay attached or locked on?
@Japanesepuni23 күн бұрын
