日本の朝食を紹介して頂き、ありがとうございます! イタリア在住です。 わが町は日本の小さな村と姉妹都市を結んでおり、文化交流で日本人中学生がホームステイをする機会があります。その際、ホストファミリーさんに1番注意して頂きたいのが朝食です。イタリアではカプチーノと甘いものが主流で、ホストファミリーのお母さんが毎日手作りケーキを用意するのにちっとも食べてくれない、と泣きつかれた事が数回あり、日本の典型的な朝食を説明するのに毎回一苦労です。今度からはこの動画を見せて、自分も文化交流に参加しようと思いました。

I'm not sure why, but I enjoy watching cozy channels as yours so much. Especially with a few hundred views because It makes me feel at ease, like I'm in my own cozy space🥹. that was probably just a version of soy sauce made for seasoning it. its probably some mix of mirin and soy and dashi

It is made by adding light soy sauce, white soy sauce, sugar, mirin, etc. to a stock made from bonito flakes, kelp, etc. Thank you for watching😊

This is a processed miso that you can buy at the store.
