@@drsamsupercars the hood is an abomination and in general it completely lacks taste. It is a collection of many details of historic Ferraris that put together in this way distort the meaning. This is obviously my personal opinion. With 10 million you could have done better or at least bought better

Probably cheaper to buy the original Le Mans winning legend from the late 1950s 😂 This gold spattered recreation is odd looking. It’s so corrupted with symbolic wealth that it basically destroys association with the original classic TR by that alone.

An almost perfect creation.! .. but... the white stripe on the hood would be gone, much nicer lines and shapes without it.. and the Ferrari emblem on the headrest is silver and not gold like on the seats.

@@twistednew I know what you mean, I agree. Im always first to praise the enthusiasm of passionate motor enthusiasts, regardless of their wealth. But in this creation/recreation there is just too much 50s nostalgia going on to upgrade to some typical 2020s bling wagon, it just doesn’t work. IMO a pin accurate recreation of the legendary Testarossa endurance racer of the late 50s with subtle modern mechanical and material technology enhancements to cope with modern road surfaces would have been a fantastic move and maybe cost only a 1/5 of the price. I don’t understand all this fascination with Gold bling and precious metal just for the sake of showing off wealth and status. For me, all that bling stuff is ugly and has no place on even the most special motor car. Sometimes less is so much more, some folks don’t get that.
