Oh nooo Cardlin!!! there it is!!! this is the video that made me almost have a panic attack the first time I listened to it and it made my electrical bill almost double the normal price. When we (the listener) go to flip the switch and you said - Oops!, that makes my blood run cold everytime, and my heart is speeding away through the entire thing and just seing/hearing how it keeps getting worse after we try the light switch... Damn it makes me shiver wildly. Again you are so good at keeping us 'trapped' and listen to your descent into madness Bravo and once again kudos to you 💖

So what *I’m* getting is that Cardlin’s mother was a housemaid who was impregnated by either the man of Hartfeld Manor House or the heir, then dismissed for her “loose morals” (unfortunately, a common occurrence in those days). I’m guessing that Lady DeLacy’s father was a friend of Lord Hardfeld, and when he saw Cardlin at the factory, he saw the family resemblance and took him in!

@lani_definitely but I'm I'm thinking the way big c is going to do it it's going to be the wedding scene and when the preacher says if there is anybody in this room that wishes for them not to be happy speak now and forever hold their peace and then the butler comes walking in looking like a rich person or a royal descent or maybe she's already married and with kids and she gets letters from him chronically his journey to find out who he really was and maybe in the end or towards the end of the audio they get a secret letter in the mail where they're both invited to a mysterious place and when they are seated and waiting for this mysterious person to show up Cortland or the Butler emerges from the shadows a changed person or maybe just maybe we'll get the artwork on the screen or the thumbnail hard of the audio will be just a silhouette of the butler and then when he reveals himself his artwork has changed
