I do have a question: Tumeric, , awesome but tends to stain my kitchen towels. How do you remove the stains. I have not had much luck on this.

If you are using fresh, unpasteurized milk, it's complete insanity to boil the milk. Also, the wooden implement is no more likely to add "bad bacteria" than a stainless steel spoon. This has been studied scientifically.

Can't fault your technique, its spot on.But... your jar of saffron? it reminds me of the handfuls I could have bought cheaply in the Grand Bazaar in Kashgar. I now know the were safflower stamensand not true saffron. Still, I dunno what you have got, but the high level of colour variation makes me wonder. nice video, all the same.

does it have to be distilled water? can I use bottled water instead?

Personally I would not use a mask that is in direct contact with the skin after DMSO application as is can react with the material the mask is made of and absorb it into the skin. A lamp would be a better idea.

Note that due to DMSO properties of going through the skins natural protective barrier, you need to be aware of all material you are using. The video mentioned using a head cover but doing so could end up making you ill depending on the type of material the head cover was made from. Note the yellow cardigan the lady is wearing later in the video could result in the yellow dye being introduced into the blood stream. The plastic in the spray bottle could also be broken down by the DMSO and end up in the spray or in your blood stream as well. You need to be using HDPE spray bottles. Once you use DMSO safely, it is a miracle though. And the ingredients of this hair spray look excellent!
