Look for the F2P PvP worlds, they sometimes change. High lvl accs don't usually pk at 308 edge anymore, it's mostly low lvl pures!

high levels pk at 308 Ferrox enclave, use ur mini game tele or wildy worlds ferrox or even on the pvp world (red star) at Lumbridge, high levels usually in the altar doing no arm

If I was fighting at the same combat bracket? I PKed with 79 HP for a while but I noticed a lot of people kinda safing when I'd fight them. Because my HP was low, it looked like I wasn't risking health on my health bar during fights, it looked like I was eating above 31 when really I would be at like 27 HP for example. After I decided to get 85 HP, I noticed people stopped safing and risked more, which allowed me to get more kills. So to answer your question, I found my HP (along with my other stats and combat level) to be as optimal for efficient med lvl F2P PKing as it possibly could be. Combat level 99 99 Attack 99 Strength 85 Hitpoints 40 Defence 34 Prayer (Boostable to 58+)
