Do you guys have phlebotomists? Cause in Japan, either nurse(RN) or LVN take the blood withdrow in the ICU.

In the ICU unit Le worked in Quebec Canada, patients already had A catheter doctor installed. So no need to call phlebotomist vendors. Other settings, other provinces could be different though. From Le.
Hi Mayumi, thanks for sharing your experience working as a nurse in the US. I too have dealt with co-workers with different accents. One of my co-workers used "a doubt" as a question so I used to be confused. One day, this co-worker said to me, "I'm not feeling well today and have to leave early. But if you have a doubt, you can ask S(a close co-worker of his)." I thought he meant, " if you are doubting whether I'm really sick, you can ask S about it.", LOL. Later I realized that he meant, "if you have questions, you can ask S and he can answer your questions on my behalf". That's my experience working with working with international co-workers I thought I share with you.
