I got this today hopefully it’s sound is better than the dlp72212 version. I had a lot of trouble putting in and unplugging the battery packs.

I just got it and when I call to it the voice announce thing doesn't function. A friend of mine has one similar and when people call, the voice thing says you have a call from so and so.

My phone rings 3times and if I don't answer I will loose my dial tone what can I do for this because it takes a while before my phone gets a dial tone back

no i don't use android, and no the app doesn't drain the battery. No issues with the app. it works great

Yes, it does! There's not a separate slot, but the instructions say to insert the card in the middle of the shredding slot for best results. I've shredded a few since I got this unit, and it works well.

Great video. Can you give me the dimension of the shredder from the button view? (not the trash can). i plan on putting on top of another trash can i have. unfortunately i can't find anywhere online

Does it overheat easily? I had a paper shredder that size once and I didn't like it because of how easily it would heat up, maybe after shredding 20 papers in a row (not at once, of course). You would have to wait a while to cool down and it wasted so much of my time.

Haven't had it overheat yet. It's designed for lower volume use, but I usually break up large jobs anyway.
