*PLAYER [_] NEEDS HAM BADLY* The game seems decent enough. I wonder how much it cost when it came out? I doubt it was anything under, say, 50 bucks. It is NOT worth that much, but if it was 20, maybe that would be okay. Nowadays, this game wouldn't sell for much, I think. It's a beat 'em up with Billy and Mandy characters, and I think it does a decent enough job at being just that, but there's not a lot going for it. Oh well, if you like beat 'em ups, it should be worth playing for a bit.

Honestly, I doubt I would've been able to beat it if i was a child. The end of the game got so hard out of nowhere, young me wouldn't have a chance.

I had no idea this TV show was popular enough back in the day for it to get a PS2 game. And I have no idea why KZbin recommended your channel. However, I am glad it did, because this channel is VERY underrated and you are making excellent content about a gaming era that is close to my heart. That alone is worth a sub. Fun fact: one of the devs went on to make a spiritual successor called "Child of Eden" It's locked to dead consoles because of Ubisoft. Btw CoE features music from "Genki Rockets", a band which said developer formed. Yeah, that also includes "Heavenly Star" that was prominently featured in "Lumines II" (JP Version Only) and "No More Heroes" (Removed in later ports but restorable on the Windows version).

@@monkeymittens I played it when I was a kid a few times, and I always had fun with it. I recommend checking out the side content like the goals you missed and the minigames like leaf surfing. They're really fun. The soundtrack also slaps with like a lil bit of Green Day, and A.

@screamingatstars66 I actually did do the extra stuff as well I just didn't put it in the video. I also got 50 of the bronze penguins to unlock the level, "Legendary Wave", I think that's what it's called, because it sounded cool. Only to realize it's just a normal level and I was kinda sad. 😂

@monkeymittens the story mode is based on a custom character so you'll need to make one and stats are based on doing small challenges in the stat menu to raised em, from holding a lip trick for 4 seconds to doing a 10000 point combo

I remember in 2012 you could get a copy of Kuon for $40. Back then Rule of Rose was $90. I had a field day buying up old games back then.

@@monkeymittens I started in 2006 but I was buying NES and SNES stuff. By 2010 I was priced out of buying for those systems so I switch to Gamecube PS1 and PS2. I'd spend $100 and would walk out of the retro store with stacks of games. My collection value is in the $10's of thousands of dollars. I only paid a small fraction of that. The value of my collection actually has me worried of fire or break ins. I have an entire bedroom in my house devoted to phsyical media. I also buy CD's movies blu ray and dvd.

Just so you know, after you beat the pro challenge, 5 more challenges open up on each level. Technically you don’t beat the game until you’ve beaten the pro challenge, there’s a different one for each skater.

I realized that after I finished the video. I assumed it was just like pro skater 3 where you just replay the levels with every skater, turns out I was wrong! I can assure you though, I am going to finish the game!

Kuon was my once in a lifetime rare find deal. No one believes me when I tell them but I only paid $2 dollars for my copy back when it was only worth a little over $200 for a CIB copy.
