This is awesome. I love eggs and I love finding new uses for them, and of course you gotta love bacon. So this is definitely something I’ll be doing, however I might have to end up doing it in an air fryer bc i don’t have a smoker here at college 😂 glad I found the channel

When taking yolks out, if you bend the thinner part of the white downwards the yolk will sort of pop out. This helps prevent any remaining yolk that stays in the whites

Its believed that carbonara originally was considered a "poor mans" dish back in the 1940's during WWII. Soldiers would gather whatever they could get their hands on and combine it with their rations to make a meal that was actually edible. And so the carbonara was born!!
