@@Dumbcriminalsinus I wouldn’t say it made it faster. Stock these cars have huge mufflers on it so I’m sure it did help some. But you should probably tune it to take full advantage to notice anything. But you do hear the turbo a little more.

Yo talk to me gang, I’m thinking of getting the cat back from borla on my 1.4t the single pipe, I didn’t see the conversion for the quad tips? How hard was that? I may just get the single exhaust

The quad tip is only on ECS Tunings website. They got one that comes with the diffuser bundled. Idk the process of installing the single exit but the installation was pretty easy and straight forward if you follow the instructions. The single exit is cheaper though. Hope this helps

@@Thebraydo I understand, I own one though and when I weighted my options of all the mods I would do to a regular Jetta and it just made more sense financially to get the GLI but nonetheless keep up the good work

The GLI is a great car and I'd love to have one. But I'm in college so I can't be paying all that rn.🤣I appreciate it tho man. I'll be honest I don't plan on doing much more to it sense I want a supra when I grad.@@PoloStylist

I have a borla on my 1.4T as well. Recently installed a CTS turbo 3” catted downpipe, and it basically tripled my exhaust note decibels. It’s very loud. Something to consider if you decide to go the aftermarket downpipe route.

@@JustaJettuh I have a few videos posted up on here to show people how loud a full turbo-back actually is on this engine. And one video comparing stock downpipe to the cts, but with the borla on. Worth a watch if you’re curious
