It was a wonderful break through, so many struggling artists wanting to be composers. Those earlier songs helped me to hear. All that bull about...freaky. Rumours start in some magazine and then before you know it, the audience sniff out the bull. Mind you plagiarism isn't the same as immitation. I'm only finding myself after 30. Figures. I should go back, listen to all those skipped tracks ❤

I'll never forget the first time I saw them. They opened for the offspring and had no idea who they were. They absolutely killed it, went to their booth and bought their first album, been a fan ever since.

This song always reminds me of the time I was coming back from watching Slayer and needed to chuck a poo.... So I jumped a random fence in a random backyard and chucked a sloppy poo🤷 I didn't have any toilet paper so I used my beanie 🤤🤷😂😂😂😂😂

Lyrics (mostly for myself cause im performing this xx) I see the city and it isn't what it used to be A million houses goin' up and down in front of me No time to let the concrete set before it's broken up again Don't care if it's historic, don't really care at all A hidden landscape on the brink of any development A protest rally never satisfied with development Both strivin' for a perfect world, each havin' their own opinions And so the city grows, It grows on and on All torn down All torn down All torn I see the city and it's grown into a big machine The streets are freeways and the parks are just a memory No time to let the concrete set before it's broken up again Don't care if it's historic, don't really care at all All torn down All torn down All torn Now I see the city and it isn't what it used to be A million houses goin' up and down in front of me No time to let the concrete set before it's broken up again Don't care if it's historic, don't really care at all All torn down All torn down All torn Now You got no reason (You got no reason) (You got no reason) You got no reason You got no reason (You got no reason) (You got no reason) (You got no reason) (You got no reason)

I saw you guys open up for Green Day in 2001 I believe. I was 11. I was with my dad and he caught the guitar pick that got thrown into the crowd and gave it to me. My dad isn't around anymore and it's one of the only things I have left from him. I was such a huge fan and now at 34 I'm still listening.

That solo with the Travis picking at the end just BLEW MY MIND as a kid. My first TLE memory is Prisoner of Society on Rage in 1997 like most others, but when I got the self titled record as a 12 year old kid in 2003 and heard Monday, Bloody Mary, Closing In etc - hooooooly shit. Couldn't believe Chris penned half these songs as a teenager. Incredible band. Criminally underrated. I think I must have seen the band play live around 20 times now. If you get the chance, PLEASE go watch them
