Was a self employed person and after invoicing for jobs and not reserving payment after two weeks next invoice reminder was sent with, if not paid in full within two weeks the debt collector will be called in, friends though I was hard on people, well only had one not pay, so removed all weather board I had installed, don't know what happened after as never heard back, can lose time, but not money

As a carpet cleaner, I was refused payment once, so I said I would put the sludge back onto the carpet . I got paid quick smart. .

Moral of the story is pay your bills otherwise it's theft.

I do understand that there are some very genuine people who can't afford to pay their bills. ( unemployed & extreme well low paid) But, others like these who can well afford not only ti run their business & pay their staff but, also have not one but, two mercs & blatenly refuse to pay up or at least pay at least a substantial amount off is just plain STUPID & TIGHTFISTED!!!! & IGNORANT & SELFISH!!!! 😠😠😠😠😠 & i hate these type of people. As i said many do find it a extreme differculty to pay Bu,t, at least there is usually some means of compramise to it somehow. I set a culvert for a new driveway some years ago and the guy put down his Pavers but he never paid me. I asked the paver guy if he’s gotten paid, he said yes so when I called the gentleman that I put the culvert in for regarding payment, he said he already paid me. The next day I parked down the street and waited till he left for work and then I went and got my excavator and trailer and went down there and tore all the pavers up over my culvert, dug the dirt over it up, loaded it up and took it with me. not exactly legal but I got my money.

This doesn't happen often enough. You should always have money IN HAND plus 20 percent to cover expenses like this that you REQUEST. Certainly nothing exotic about the car, these seem like desperate people.
