I love mine I’ve used it a lot in the fall good quality. Where I fish in the us bivvy are not allowed I put it up in the dark and take it down before daylight. Very quick set up.

I have a heated sleeping pad, a heated blanket, a heated jacket and an electronic hand warmer. The things they all have in common is they are bulky and made of cheap material. Worst of all is they have a tendency to over heat and turn off automatically. Numerous times I've woken up because of either overheating or freezing. Your better off buying good quality insulated products rated for the appropriate temperature conditions. Then you wont have to worry about batteries running out either. I hope this product is a game changer.

Now i think i ruined the threat from the glow plug itself ?? i could get out out i would say half way ? The car started but i am scared to drive ?? What can i do ??

Glow plugs break in 2 different ways A/ snaps hex head clean off OR B/ snaps off below thread leaving tip stuck in carbon . A / remove glow rod or drill out THEN drill out thread then refer below B/ drill out glow tube sleeve ,, tap thread ,,install slide hammer

start 7days prior penetrant lube everyday then drive till hot . Using torque spec 15nm upto 30nm tor tighten click wrench x2 to tighten then try to undo to torque spec about 10--20x . Lastly use a battery cordless set on lowest clutch slip to repeatedly hammer glow plug .

Just ran into this problem myself unfortunately, mine is not as bad still going to be a nightmare. A tip I learned is to do them with the engine hot so they come out easy without risking snapping them.

Does it still get hot with the paracord on as a handle?

An observation as to why the Fire Maple wasn't faster, is that the bottom of the non heat exchanger kettle was 15mm closer. If you had a stove was able to get the flame inside the exchanger, such as a small backpack stove, it might capture the heat better.

Had the clips on my 100 for years and mainly ever only used the wrap with no issues

I had the tempest when it first came out and have still got it I have bought the trakker tempest 150 evo but I still use my original tempest for 24 hr sessions and it’s still in amazing condition for its age no tears or perforations I also have the front porch which actually turns it into a two man

I now have the actor plus pro incredible value for money absolutely amazing piece of kit again never missed a beat I've got the bigger battery's for this boat time's 3 just so I can switch out when getting low.

using a screw type extractor like that one can cause a thin wall thing like your glow plug to expand and tighten even more, but glad it worked out, I'm trying to remove a broken glow plug tip from mine, looks more and more like removing the head will be the only way.

This nut you've welded to bolt remover you had alreasy stuck in - did it ever work to unscrew the whole thing with remaining part of glow plug?
