Guessing my chronic T-elbow would hate these. Concept is solid though.

Great guest Sleeve. Can't believe they let Rick competes in that outfit. Those colors, WOW! COPPER kinda made an attempt but didn't really get going. Check out "voodoo floss" The blood flow "rush" is quite helpful to my 70 yr old knees.

Great idea! One question: Nothing is “weightless.” How much weight does it add? I like my paddle’s swing weight where it is.
@sleevespickleballreport27 күн бұрын
The added weight is negligible imo

Play a Aramid core from CHEETAH. Not the face though. 3K cf. Thing really has some "crack" sound when you hit it. Kevlar on Kevlar is a first I think. HESACORE will take care of the handle vibrations.
@user-dg2rr7xk9tАй бұрын
Its a huge problem. Companies will try to sell you on the idea they can take the sound levels down to a friendly neighbor 55dB through sound mitigation strategies. Even if they could, would you want to listen to dripping water or a barking dog for hours on end every day, 365 days a year. Of course not. Its a huge issue and homeowners are getting screwed not just by the inability to enjoy their home and have peace, but diminished home values as well.

Agreed. I ultimately think it comes down to the ball. Soften the ball and see what happens.

Great guest with lots of crazy behind the scene stories. Looking forward to the movie. I'll bet Ryan has some Zane Affleck stories. Such a blast watching him play. Big Pickle is gonna get ugly as Ryan said. Tour Wars showed us that.

I can’t find any voice data on the Hush…only stating it’s 40% quieter than standard paddles. Stafford claims 50% quieter.

Great question! We put our data on our website and will be adding vibration data soon as well. We are working on two different medical studies to quantify the benefits of our added technology. We believe it will show that reduction of volume is beneficial to players hearing and reduction of vibrations will be beneficial to those who may have arthritis, carpal tunnel or are prone to develop tennis elbow.

Very poppy. Decent power. Takes a while to get used to it. Tough on resets, control and dinking. Lacks the spin that most of my other paddles have. Returned it.

Pickleball noise gave me a number of physical and mental health issues including insomnia, auditory hallucinations, tachycardia, anxiety, and suicidal thoughts. Because of this noise, I had to undergo mental health counselling, and take sleeping pills. Some to the issues like anxiety and auditory hallucinations still persist though the courts have been closed for six months. This game is causing a noise pandemic and people are suffering. The big industry and other special interest groups backing PIckleball have little concern for the suffering population. This game should be declared an indoor activity.

Noise is absolutely a problem. I am a player, USAP member and live by the courts that are 45 feet away from my property. This was a tennis court when I moved in, and now it is 2 pickleball courts. I noticed that noise is an issue about 2-3 months later, when exposure started. It is like second hand smoking, problems show up much later, not immediately. Yes pickleball is fun, but it comes with a huge noise problem.

The first time I remember the name Paul Olin was his singles, rally match, against Scott Moore, who had been dominant in all disciplines, and just demolished him in no time flat. I wonder if Paul has had such a dominant performance since?
