This looks a lot like the car I helped my Dad and Uncle restore when I was teenager in Green Bay, WI back in the 70s. It was sold to a gentleman in Oshkosh or Appleton, WI. who owned GM card dealerships. His last name was Bergstrom. He had a large private car collection and said he was going to do an off-frame restoration when he bought from my Dad and Uncle at the Iola, WI car show and swap meet. I wonder if this is the same car?
